Stadium and leveled center in Verdansk
The final showdown is coming and we need all the operators in the area as soon as possible. Adler has left without permission and seismic devices near the old bunkers from the WWII era have caused a massive explosion in the city center.
The old Verdansk stadium has collapsed, opening up new sight lines and greater maneuverability through the rubble. The city center has also been affected, its buildings collapsed in the fissure. Snipers will have to compete for the remaining perches, and both areas must be fully explored.
New points of interest and a new gulag
Take a look at what’s coming up War zone in Call of Duty: Vanguard descending into the WWII era bunkers now revealed on the map. What could be hidden inside?
If you are eliminated while exploring the bunkers and the destruction of the center, you will have to fight in a new Gulag, inspired by the original 1v1 map in Verdansk 2019. It takes place deep in the Zordaya Prison Complex, wait for some turns in the original design.
Five new weapons
Prepare for battle with five new weapons from Season 6:
- .410 Ironhide (Launch Week) – This hard hitting lever action shotgun deals heavy damage at close range with an improved rate of fire. Get it at level 15 of the Season 6 Battle Pass.
- Grav (launch week) – A fast-firing, fully automatic Israeli assault rifle that has the fastest bullet speed in its class with modest damage and moderate recoil. Unlock him at level 31 of the Season 6 Battle Pass.
Unlock three more weapons, the Two-Handled Hammer and Sickle, the Two-Handed Battle Ax, and the LAPA Submachine Gun, by completing in-game challenges or by purchasing their corresponding bundles from the store when they arrive later in the season.
Three new multiplayer maps
- Deprogram (6v6, Release): Battle in one of ObligationsThe most exclusive 6v6 multiplayer maps as you travel through fragments of Adler’s memories as he is interrogated and deprogrammed. Use the red doors to travel between memories while gaining an advantage over your enemies.
- Amerika (6v6, release): Enter a Soviet imagination of the American main street based on the “Red Light, Green Light” campaign mission. This military installation in the heart of the USSR features a pizzeria, theater and a prop Burger Town.
- Gluboko (2v2 / 3v3, launch): Navigate to the underbelly of the KGB headquarters in a vault featuring tight-knit, fast-paced fighting in and around the main information table.
Complete the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies in Forsaken
In “Mauer der Toten”, Requiem’s elite strike team barely escaped the clutches of the Omega Group in Berlin thanks to Samantha Maxis and her newfound Dark Aether powers. This time, on the zombie map based on the final round to Black Ops Cold War, Requiem agents head straight for the heart of the Omega Group’s secret Spetsnaz Training Facility located in the USSR.
With the Forsaken now on the loose and rumors of a Project Janus Requiem circulating, there’s no telling what you’ll find in the final chapter. Whatever it is, our agents will have to risk their lives if they hope to end Omega Group once and for all.
New Zombie Perk, Wonderful Weapon, Support Weapons
Hot on the heels of the show’s favorite PhD Flopper Perk comes the new and improved PhD Slider. Consume this twisted drink to unleash an explosion as you slide towards enemies, and the size and damage of the explosion increase the further you slide before impact. Spend Aetherium Crystals to further enhance it, gaining immunity to self-inflicted explosive damage and triggering explosions when you hit the ground from above.
Take out the horde with the new Chrysalax Wonder Weapon inside the main Forsaken Easter Egg. Like what’s under Forsaken, there’s more to this Wonder Weapon than meets the eye. And when you still don’t have enough firepower, head over to the crafting table to purchase powerful new Hand Cannon and ARC-XD Support weapons.
