Big Pokemon Cafe ReMix update is now available on mobile and Switch devices

In August, during an exhibition of Pokémon Presents, it was confirmed that Pokemon Café Mix it was getting a substantial update. Well now it’s available on Switch, iOS, and Android, even bringing a rebrand with a name change to Pokemon Cafe ReMix.

So what does it add? It’s actually a meaty update that will likely make the game feel quite different for those who have left. Last week a official summary of the changes, an excerpt is shown below.

In addition to the traditional levels, there are new game modes to try in Pokémon Café ReMix!

Pokémon visit mode (main orders)

Prepare drinks and dishes by completing puzzles for the Pokémon customers who visit the cafeteria. As the owner of the cafe, you can select which Visiting Pokémon you want to receive an order from. You can also use golden acorns to bring in different client Pokémon.

You can now also serve a large amount of help to a Pokémon to gain additional friendship levels when completing an order, as well as serve an additional order to a customer whose order you previously took. Try any of these methods when you want to recruit a specific Pokémon or obtain a lot of items to help a specific Pokémon grow.

Please note that the current Pokémon invite system will no longer be available. Plus, if you’ve completed all currently available top orders, you’ll still be able to play Master Café mode. (Up to major order # 300 will be available at the time of the major update.)

Previous orders mode

Pokémon Visit Mode (Main Orders) can be replayed once completed. For example, if you delete an order with one star, you can try again and aim for three stars. By retrying a previous order, the difference in stars earned will be added to the friendship level of the client Pokémon it served during its new challenge.

Menu development mode

Once your personal Pokémon and its levels meet certain conditions, you can develop new menu items. In Menu Development, complete a puzzle by assigning the Pokémon that has met the criteria for the new menu item as the leader.

Training mode

Train to level up individual Pokémon on staff. As you increase the levels of your staff members, they will be able to tackle puzzles to advantage and develop new menu items.

Additional order mode

The main orders that were available until now will be converted into extra orders, and you can play until order # 1200. You can also increase the friendship level of a Pokémon in this mode.

You will also receive special rewards once you complete certain orders. The rewards are as follows:

Order # 100: Charmander
Order # 600: Pikachu with Chef’s Whites
Order # 1200: Lucario with Chef’s Whites
