Players discover the best level spot for weapons in Battlefield 2042: “Max levels in one round”

In order to get all attachments for your weapons in Battlefield 2042, you have to level them by using them and collect kills. It’s easy to do against bots – and especially good at one point, as players found out.

What kind of spot is that? Of the reddit user FrontAfter973 has found a place on the map kaleidoscope where weapons can be easily leveled. The leveling is so easy that he can even “eat a sandwich”. There are just a few steps you need to follow:

• plays in solo / co-op mode against light bots (“beginners”)
• selects the “breakthrough” mode
• select kaleidoscope as the map – you can see which of the 7 maps is about to start at the bottom left
• use Angel as your specialist and play the weapon you want to level

The spot itself is near the spawn at point B and there at the next elevator. Go to the top and turn left. There you will find large pipes behind which you can hide and graze bots over and over again.

This works best with automatic weapons with a large magazine. Since the big update # 2, the spread of the weapons has been fixed and they hit more reliably again. This is what the farm looks like in the video:

Can I unlock all the essays in this way? Yes. You need around 400 kills with most weapons to unlock all attachments. You can even unlock these in a single round in this mode, as the player explains.

How far can I level the weapons? Even if you can unlock all the essays, the usefulness of this spot is limited. Because you can’t get badges or new tier levels like this.

The XP for the weapon stops counting in solo / co-op mode when you have roughly two thirds of the weapon’s experience bar. Players report that some challenges – like doing 60,000 damage to Boris – also work, but not all.

How do I get further? If you want to level up your weapons and your specialists, only the classic All-Out Warfare or the new Hazard Zone will help you. XP is currently deactivated in Portal, as some players have used the settings for easy farming here.
