GTA Online: Lamar disses Franklin just as nicely in the new update as before

GTA Online gives us a beautiful homage to a legendary scene from GTA 5.

The sayings of Franklin’s buddy Lamar from GTA 5 are legendary. You probably still remember the scene in which Lamar completely pissed off Franklin because he doesn’t feel like hanging out with him. In the new GTA Online update “The Contract” there is not only a reunion with both characters, but also the confirmation that Lamar’s mouth still works like a machine gun. We’ll tell you more about it.

Tribute to legendary scene

It’s all about this: GTA 5 not only had three very different main characters ready for us, but also a lot of very special supporting characters that made their impression. Among them is, for example, Franklin’s buddy Lamar, who is able to ignite a veritable firework of insults from one moment to the next – and he still has that in the new update “The Contract” for GTA Online.

Legendary scene from GTA 5: If you’ve played Grand Theft Auto 5, you will probably remember that one moment with Franklin and Lamar: The latter would like to hang out, Franklin is not in the mood and says that they will see each other at work tomorrow. This goes against the grain of Lamar in such a way that he completely knocks his buddy down.

“Yee yee ass haircut” has become a winged expression. Put nicely, Lamar claims that Franklin just doesn’t want to be in his shadow because he looks so much better and that he should get a better hairstyle first. Franklin only remains completely perplexed with a “what?” back.

Lamar can still do it: In the new GTA Online update “The Contract”, Franklin returns, who has developed further and now takes care of “rich people problems” professionally. There is also a reunion with Lamar and a nice homage to the old scene. The new scene is a reminder of how many cool moments GTA 5 had in store. Unfortunately there is still no official information about GTA 6 from Rockstar, but the GTA Online update “The Contract” was launched on December 15th.
