What it says Bloomberg is that just as happens in other companies, the Cupertino company, what it intends with this measure is to directly retain that talent that it has with some of its employees. Big technology companies around the world are doing the same thing and it is that companies like Meta, Google or Apple itself have to hold on and defend their talent to the fullest to avoid leaving to other companies.

According to the Bloomberg report, the company called Facebook previously hired a hundred engineers from Apple just as others went the other way. In times of pandemic, it is difficult to keep everyone happy and stable in their jobs, the demand is maximum on them and this is well known by the large multinationals that take the opportunity to sign those employees with more talent or who stand out above the the rest offering incentives, better salary and the like.
