What are the odds of a major Nintendo Direct in January or February?

After a fairly manageable 2021, we can expect more highlights for the Nintendo Switch in the coming months than in any other year before. The sequel to Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 3, Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope and many more games knocking on the door should soon find their way to the hybrid console, according to Nintendo.

But what about new information, when can we find out more about Metroid Prime 4 or Hollow Knight Silksong? The question is of course closely related to the first big Nintendo Direct of the year, the big delicacies are finally presented in more detail in the live stream. The first Nintendo Direct will probably start in February 2022

Let’s find out when the first Direct could take place in 2022, we must first take a look at the past. How was it in previous years?
