Pokémon GO: New promo code now gives you 31 items – redeem quickly

A new promo code will be available in Pokémon GO in January 2022. He rewards you with 30 Pokéballs and a smoke. We’ll show you the code and how to redeem it on iOS and Android.

What kind of code is that? On January 7th, the code was shared on Twitter. Presumably it was published in the course of the current event.

How long is the code valid? Redeem this code quickly in Pokémon GO and collect the items. It’s unclear how long the code will stay active, so it’s better to move ahead quickly and not postpone it for long.

What does the code do? After redeeming you will receive a smoke and 30 Pokéballs. So you get a total of 31 items. As with the last promo codes, Niantic is relying on these items so that you can now attract and catch many Pokémon.

How to redeem promo codes in Pokémon GO on Android and iOS

While you can simply redeem codes in the game with Android, with iOS you have to go a detour via an external website.

Android: Android users open Pokémon GO and navigate to the shop there. Scroll down there and you will find the field for “Promos”. Tap on it, copy the code there and confirm the selection. Make sure that you have not copied any spaces. Then the items land directly in your inventory.

iOS: It is not possible to enter data in the shop on iOS devices; the corresponding field does not exist at all. Instead, go to the Niantic Rewards website. You can find the link here: Redeem promo code (via rewards.nianticlabs.com).

Log in here with your linked account. Then you can enter the code and confirm. After that, the in-game items will be credited to you. To be on the safe side, you can check this in the game’s diary.
