Logitech launches a stylus designed for Chromebooks and students

If you have a Chromebook you will be able to get even more out of it with the Stylus pen that the Swiss multinational Logitech is going to put up for sale.

Stylus pens are often associated with high-end products like the iPad, the Samsung Galaxy Note, and the like.

Of course there are cheap models for all types of touch screens, but they do not always give good results.

Logitech Pen is a stylus designed specifically for Chromebooks., which are cheap computers, and for education. Although, of course, it can be used with apps for leisure, drawing, work, etc.

For a student it is much more comfortable and precise to use a stylus than the finger, on a touch screen.

Logitech Pen is compatible with the USI standard, the most widespread, and therefore works with all Chromebooks with a USI compatible display, which includes almost all major brands: Lenovo, HP, Acer, Samsung, and Asus. At the end of this website you have the complete list.

Logitech Pen stands out because it’s a premium stylus with up to 4,096 pressure points. You can write and draw completely naturally, like a pencil on paper.

Does not need to pair with the Chromebook, so it works instantly. But if it requires recharging through a battery, with the USB Type C connector it has.

Logitech claims that the battery lasts 15 days with daily use, and fast charging allows you to use the pen for half an hour with only 30 seconds of charging.

What’s more the tip is removable and can be changed if broken or deformed. And it comes with a 3-year factory warranty (at least in the United States), certifying Logitech’s commitment to the environment, and against planned obsolescence.

The Logitech Pen for Chromebook is priced at $65, so here it will cost between 65 and 80 euros.

The Swiss company will have to adjust the price very well, because a product focused on students, and low-priced computers, should not be expensive.
