7.5 million euros go to the Dortmund area

Six lucky winners from North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg (2), Bavaria, Brandenburg and Hesse share the 45 million jackpot from yesterday’s lottery draw, Wednesday, January 19th. Since the top prize tier remained vacant again, the jackpot was paid out in prize category 2. “Six right ones” were enough.

Prize category 1, for which “Six correct numbers plus a super number” are required, was not hit in 16 consecutive draws, and the jackpot at LOTTO 6aus49 increased to the maximum sum of 45 million euros. Therefore, the guaranteed payout was due on Wednesday, January 19th. And since no one achieved the highest prize category this time either, the jackpot went into the prize category below. With the numbers 17-19-43-45-48-49, six players became multimillionaires.

The new millionaires from North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg (2), Bavaria, Brandenburg and Hesse share the jackpot and each receive exactly 7,500,000 euros.
