Polar Plug, heating for bike handlebars

It has been designed to fit perfectly on most bicycle handlebars, as long as they have a diameter greater than 17.5 millimeters. Polar Plug is compatible with carbon and aluminum handlebars.

It has a power button to turn the heating on or off easily from the handlebar itself, when you need it.

It is bike handle heater heats up to 40 degrees centigrade, and its battery lasts 5 hours.

Its creators claim that it has been tested with dozens of different handlebars and grips, and the heat emitted really warms the handseven in sub-zero temperatures.

The batteries are recharged through the USB connector with any charger. The entire process takes about 2 hours, obtaining the aforementioned 5 hours of heating.

Polar Plug It doesn’t have any extra features, and it’s not like I need it.

Its main strong point is its simplicity of installation, since there is absolutely no need to make any changes to the bike. Simply fit it into the hole in the handlebar.

And since it’s removable, can be attached to different bikes as neededSo that the whole family can use it.

Polar plug has been successfully financed a KickStarter, and is already in the manufacturing phase. They will start shipping in May.

Each Polar Plug costs around 100 euros, and logically you need two. It is not a cheap product, but it may interest you if your hands get cold when you ride a bike.
