Caution! Elden Ring will punish you if you pick up someone else's underpants

In Elden Ring, hackers and trolls know no boundaries. This time, too, a new trick is circulating in the intermediate country, where pranksters with only underpants ruin your score. We’ll show you the details.

What are players complaining about? Many players are temporarily banned for no apparent reason. That’s why Elden Ring fans are wondering what they did wrong. reddit user Ok-Communication7125 got to the bottom of the matter and contacted support to find out about his sudden ban.

The reason for his ban – and possibly also for many other players – is an item that he shouldn’t even be able to play. These are Fia underwear. The NPC who forgives you bad hugs and indirectly weakens you with it.

Hackers have stolen this piece of clothing and are now causing illegal bans.

Dirty laundry leads to bans – be careful!

What is causing the problem? As ironic as it may sound, underwear is responsible for the unjustified bans. The Deathbed Smalls clothing item comes from the NPC Fia, who can hug you in the Round Table. However, the problem is that this item is not playable.

Hackers and trollers have found ways to secure items from the data into their inventories, which they then drop to players. However, these “gifts” have no place in players’ inventories and are tracked by the servers.

So if one of these cut contents is in your inventory, you will be temporarily banned. The reddit user Ok-Communication7125 reported dismayed, after 220 hours of gameplay he was asked by support to delete Elden Ring and its saves. If he doesn’t do this, he will be completely banned online from the game for 180 days.

Who is affected? Any player on any platform can be affected. Hackers are also finding ways to access the data through modified Xbox Series X and PS5 consoles to give you these items.

How can I protect myself from this? Do not pick up items from players in your world that you do not know. If a hacker drops this item on you, you can kick him out of your world and restart the game.

This will make the dropped item disappear and you don’t have to be afraid to pick it up accidentally. As long as you don’t have this item in your inventory, nothing can happen to you.

What do you think of this new scam that hackers have now come up with? Do you think it’s insane that they spoil the fun of the players with such dirty tricks? Let us know how you feel about it in the comments!
