WoW Dragonflight: Sign up for Beta - This is how you secure a chance

You can already sign up for the WoW: Dragonflight beta. We at MeinMMO reveal where this is possible.

Dragonflight has been announced as the next expansion for World of Warcraft. Even if the release is likely to be quite a while away, a beta is at least roughly recognizable on the horizon. In order to be able to play directly, however, you have to register – we’ll tell you how to do that.

How to join the WoW: Dragonflight beta? You can register for the beta on the official site of WoW: Dragonflight make. Just make sure you’re logged in with the correct account and click the “Beta Sign Up” button. Wait a few moments and you should see “Thanks for logging in, [Accountname]” Pop up.

Once that’s done, you’re signed up for the beta.

However, keep in mind that registering does not guarantee participation – there is only one chance at being invited to the beta.

When does the Dragonflight beta start? Neither the start of the alpha nor the beta has been announced yet. Even though registration is already possible, Blizzard has not yet announced a date. According to their own statements, they are working “at full speed” to be able to start an alpha and beta test as soon as possible. But even here it is still clear whether we are talking about weeks or months.

Everything you need to know about the new WoW expansion “Dragonflight” – in 3 minutes

Beware of “key promises”: But beware! In the past, dubious sites have repeatedly tried to sell you “beta keys” and asked for your bank details or login data. As a rule, Blizzard does not issue keys for the betas of WoW extensions, but activates the corresponding accounts directly. So don’t fall for such scammers. If you’re ever approved for the beta, a quick look at the app should make that clear.

When is Dragonflight released? Here, too, there is no binding date yet. However, if you consider that the 3rd season of Shadowlands has only been running for a few weeks and that there will be a 4th season, which will probably last 4 – 6 months, then everything should indicate that Dragonflight probably won’t more will be released in 2022 and will probably not be released until spring or summer 2023.

As soon as there is official information from Blizzard about a release window – whether for the beta or the launch of the expansion – we will of course inform you about it.

Will you want to sign up and participate in the beta? Or do you prefer to wait for the finished version?
