CoD Warzone fixes broken Battle Pass and promises compensation – but you have to be quick

Many players experienced an issue with the Call of Duty: Warzone Battle Pass in Season 2. Even for many matches in a row there was little progress, but there was a lot of frustration. The developers have now fixed the problem and promise compensation – if you are quick enough.

What do I have to do to get the compensation? All you have to do is log in. However, you must do this before the start of Season 3.

The new season goes online on April 27 at 6 p.m. All information about the content, as well as the trailer and roadmap of the new season, can be found here:

CoD Warzone: Battle Pass bug fixed – XP as compensation

What’s the compensation? Warzone is apparently conducting a fairly accurate compensation operation. Instead of rewarding all players with cosmetics or items, you get XP to compensate based on the matches you played.

Every match in Season 2 counts and if you log in you will get the missing experience points on your Battle Pass account. But that only applies if you also had problems with the XP of the Battle Pass.

However, the developers do not fully explain how the compensation XP is calculated. It’s just talking about the matches played in Season 2.

If you have already signed up during Season 2, you will also receive 2 double XP tokens for the Battle Pass, each lasting one hour. Warzone rarely distributes these XP tokens. So it might be worth taking a quick look.

What was wrong with the Battle Pass? Some players complained that the progress of the pass was too low. Despite several matches, the levels hardly went up and it was extremely difficult to level up even one.

However, not all players were affected and the developers did not react to the problem either. It was only said at some point by Raven Software that the problem was fixed.

It is to be hoped that this error will not occur again in Season 3. The new season has the potential to attract many former players and the Battle Pass should then run smoothly.

Incidentally, the reason for the great potential is a crossover event with giant monsters: Godzilla and King Kong devastate CoD Warzone on May 11 – we know that about Operation Monarch
