Lost Ark brings Battle Pass in 3 variants – for whom is the Ark Pass worthwhile?

On April 21st, Lost Ark will bring a Battle Pass into play as part of the “Battle for the Throne of Chaos” update, the so-called Ark Pass. This allows players to farm additional rewards.

What is the Ark Pass? The Ark Pass is a Battle Pass found in many games. You can complete additional quests and receive rewards at each pass level. It consists of 30 levels in total. You can find the Battle Pass in the top right corner of the screen, right next to the mini-map.

The quests are divided into normal missions and season missions and offer different tasks. For example, you have to complete guardian raids, complete Una’s tasks, or take part in PvP battles in normal missions. For the seasonal missions you sometimes have to use a beacon 20x or play an instrument.

You can complete normal quests until you reach 500 XP. The XP resets weekly and you can complete more tasks. The seasonal quests can only be completed once per Battle Pass.

You can buy the Ark Pass from now until June 18th. You have until July 14 to fully complete it.

How much does the Ark Pass cost? It is available in three variants:

• Free
• Premium for 1,500 Royal Crystals, so around €15
• Super Premium for 3,000 Royal Crystals, so around €30

What rewards are there? As you collect XP, your Pass will level up. This happens either through the quests or through the use of blue crystals. At most levels, you can choose between two achievement rewards. If you have purchased the premium version, a reward will be added for each level. If you own Superpremium, you will receive an additional reward every 5 levels.

In the free version you sometimes get upgrade materials, relationship chests and card packs. At level 10 there is the mount Vanguard of the blue or dark soul. It has similar stats to the Ceberus from the Platinum Pre-Order Pack and is the best mount you can get for free in Lost Ark.

Additional upgrade materials beckon as a premium reward. Super Premium rewards include a profile background, skins, and a Legendary Relationship Chest.

Is it worth it? It is worthwhile for every player to take a look at the Battle Pass every now and then, as most of the tasks are very easy to complete. There are also useful rewards for F2P players, don’t miss out on the mount. If you want to get even more out of the pass, you can invest real money, that’s up to you.

In a previous post we asked you whether you will buy the pass or not. 20% definitely did not want to buy it, 22% definitely. For the rest, it all came down to what content the Ark Pass ultimately offers.
