Destiny 2: Weekly Reset on 4/26 – The Lightblade is waiting for you

In Destiny 2, a new week brings a change in activities. Bungie is sleeve-deep in the preparations for the Guardian Games. We show you what you can expect this week and which items can be purchased in the Eververse shop for Bright Dust this time.

This is happening this week: Many open challenges await you in Destiny 2 this week to push your light level in order to be able to participate in the hard endgame content. The players still do the last hard triumphs. However, since the loot shooter is not free of problems, you still have to take part in a maintenance before the reset.

After the 4.0.1.1 update, another laboratory awaits you in the Gambit, where cunning particle thieves are up to mischief. So protect the bank and summon a primeval creature!

The most important information about activities from 26.04. until 03.05.

The Dawn: The Crucible is this week’s Strike:

• The Lightbladein the throne world of Savathun
  • With Mara in your ear, you set out on Alak-Hul to defeat the Lightblade protecting the Altar of Oryx. Be careful though, this rogue beast is dishing out a lot.
• Playlist strikes have these modifiers:
  • Solar Scorch
  • grenadier
  • Grounded
  • The Singe modifier stays with you throughout the week, the others change daily.

You get these weapons from dawns: Each week, players can obtain specific weapons from the Nightfall Strikes. There are currently eight weapons in rotation in the current loot pool. Two of these are available per week.

• The Comedian, Void Shotgun
• The Hothead, Arc Missile Launcher
• The Palindrome – 140 Void Hand Cannon
• Compulsory – 600 Kinetic Auto Rifle
• Silicon Neuroma – .72 Kinetic Sniper Rifle
• Plug-One.1 – Arc Fusion Rifle

Top Twilights: In order to start in the supreme discipline of strikes, the frontrunner twilight, you need a power level of 1,575. You also fight in competitive mode. This means you’ll be fighting 25 power levels below the peak power level of 1600, requiring tactical and team coordination.

That happens in the raid “Glass chamber“:

• In the glass chamber, the conflux challenge called “Wait…” instead of. Your task is to not kill the wyverns until they are in their sacrifice tier animation.
• As a reward, there’s the time-lost weapon “Vision of Confluence” in Challenge Mode. The weapon is then guaranteed to come with 2 perks per slot. But always remember that hard and normal mode share the loot.
• This week’s Armor Focus in the Vault of Glass raid: Mobility

That happens in the raid “The student’s oath“:

• In the raid of the “Oath of the Apprentice” you should this week the challenge “Basic Information” survive. So if you have collected an icon for the obelisk from the steward, you are not allowed to exceed the “Increased Knowledge” buff.
• If you play the raid on the Grandmaster difficulty level, you now also have the chance to receive a master version of the respective raid weapon for each completed encounter.

Savathun’s Throne World – Weekly campaign mission

• “The List” – Repeatable Witch Queen campaign mission
  • In the campaign mission, on a tip from Fynch, you search the dark corners of Savathun’s throne world for another clue to how she stole the light.

Ascendant Challenge – Dreaming City

• Petra Venj is at the top of the pavilion in the area “The Shore” in the Dreaming City. The curse cycle restarts and curse week 1 is active. The 5th Ascendant Challenge is also active.

Sources of pinnacle loot in Destiny 2 Season 16

This is the new max level: In the new Season of the Risen, the maximum power level of your gear is 1,560. This means that the power level at the start of the DLC has increased by +230 power levels compared to the previous season 15. However, all players are also boosted to a base power level of 1350 at launch, and there are many sources to level up quickly.

If you want to quickly reach 1,520 power levels, you only have to complete the legendary campaign. By the way, you will also get one of the new Witch Queen exotics as a gift when you finish.
