A new Microsoft showcase is said to show upcoming Xbox and Bethesda games.

Even if E3 is officially canceled this year, the summer will not remain without game announcements. As has already been the case in recent years, many publishers will probably hold their own streams again this time. Microsoft is the start this time, who have announced a showcase for Xbox and Bethesda.

  • When is the Xbox/Bethesda Showcase happening? On June 12, 2022 at 7 p.m. German time.
  • Where can I watch the Xbox stream? The showcase will be on the youtubeand Twitterchannel broadcast by Microsoft.

This is shown in the new Microsoft showcase

Of course, Microsoft has not yet announced an exact lineup for the upcoming showcase. In the announcement it simply states: “The show will feature great titles coming from Xbox Game Studios, Bethesda and our partners around the world.” In addition to games from the Xbox internal studios and Bethesda, there will also be other games from external game studios to see.

Release dates likely: The announcement also states that the show will contain all the important information about the games coming to Xbox soon, including upcoming Game Pass releases. Looking at Microsoft’s past shows, these are most likely several titles that will end up in Game Pass right at release. What those are remains to be seen.

Starfield as a likely candidate

Since the showcase is also supposed to be about Bethesda games, Starfield is of course the most likely candidate for an appearance. After all, the game is supposed to be released on November 11, 2022 and so far there has only been one real trailer apart from a few developer blogs:

What else could be shown? Other possible candidates for a Showcase appearance would also include Forza Motorsport 8, Scorn, State of Decay 3, A Plague Tale: Requiem, Outer Worlds 2 and maybe an update to Stalker 2. Of course, we could also see entirely new titles.
