The artist Mark Scicluna may not be known to all of you, but you probably all know his works. A few years ago he worked as a senior illustrator at Rockstar Games. For example, he has worked on GTA 5, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Bully.

Rockstar Games and Scicluna have since parted ways. But even after the end of the collaboration, Scicluna is still pursuing his passion and drawing video games. However, not in the way we are used to from him.

Kratos, Aloy and more in comic style

What is he drawing? on Twitter Scicluna posts his latest works. These are the covers of fictional comic books based on well-known video games. For example, an old comic-style cover shows Kratos and Atreus from God of War fighting a draugr:

The other covers feature Aloy from Horizon Forbidden West, Joel from The Last of Us and Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption. The drawings already look worn due to cracks and look like real comic books. The font and coloring also reveal that these are older drawings.

Are there more covers like this? Since Scicluna cannot place all of his works in one tweet, he has opened a website where you his other drawings can admire. These include, for example, Crash Bandicoot, Ghost of Tsushima and Uncharted. In a comic for The Last of Us, the artist even incorporated action figures.

Rockstar has new horses in the stable

So far, fans have been waiting longingly for the successors to the biggest blockbusters. The company has already hinted that Red Dead Redemption 3 is definitely coming, but did not give a release date.
