The Assassin’s Creed main series now has 12 parts. If you want to play through the series, you have to be prepared for numerous hours full of historical events, tricky stealth passages and persistent enemies. But one player has now done what the majority would probably fail at, many probably even right in the first part after a few – maybe 7 – minutes.

Assassin’s Creed in walk

Hayate Bahadori shows us his skills in the Assassin’s Creed games on YouTube. His challenge was to play through all 12 parts of the main series to the credits without letting the protagonist’s life meter drop below 100 percent. Restarting or exploiting glitches were not allowed.

He used the highest possible level of difficulty in every game. He shows what it looks like in a stream for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla:

Hard training pays off

How does he do that? Bahadori has the Assassin’s Creed parts aloud kotaku played through several times. In his first run he analyzed possible problem areas, in his second run he looked for strategies to minimize the risk of receiving damage. While he didn’t intend to view his challenge as a speed run, he did borrow many techniques from the speed runner community.

Bahadori did not rely on his luck. He only used techniques that worked perfectly and were not dependent on the situation at hand. Bahadori estimates that he has failed around 1000 times.

Since Bahadori only plays through the campaign, he missed various content in the AC parts. These include the recently released Mastery Challenge Pack 2 for AC Valhalla:

How long did he train for this? Bahadori states that each Assassin’s Creed game took around 100 hours, including the run and training. He invested 250 hours in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag because many passages were based on luck. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla even cost him 800 hours of his lifetime due to the long main story.

He began his self-imposed challenge on October 16, 2021. Around nine months later, he can now proudly claim that he has completed all 12 parts without taking any damage. on Reddit he lists which parts of the main series he liked. He liked Assassin’s Creed Odyssey best, since he wasn’t forced to take damage here. His least favorite was Assassin’s Creed because the camera angles weren’t always optimal.
