Ubisoft+ comes to PS Plus – Up to 50 classics in the new subscription from Sony

Ubisoft’s in-house subscription service Ubisoft+ becomes part of the PlayStation family. In addition, an additional service with many classics comes to PS Plus.

Montreuil, France – Ubisoft has surprisingly announced that it will bring its own subscription service, Ubisoft+, to the PlayStation. More than 100 games will soon be coming to the PS4 and PS5, which you can play without limits for €14.99 a month, provided the price remains the same on the Sony consoles. In addition, the publisher from Montreuil has announced that it will bring a new service called Ubisoft+ Classics to the new PS Plus subscription. Ubisoft: Up to 50 classics on PS Plus, new subscription is required

These games will be there: At the start of Ubisoft+ Classics, the French publisher brings 27 titles to PS Plus. From May 24, 2022, the service will be activated for the subscription and the offer should only continue to grow until the end of the year. According to the official notice the range will grow to around 50 titles by the end of 2022. Here you can see which games will be available to PS Plus subscribers from May 24th.

You will need this subscription: The inclusion of Ubisoft+ comes alongside the launch of the new PS Plus subscription structure. Over 400 free games will be coming to PS Plus when the new Extra and Premium tiers are introduced. Also for Ubisoft+ Classics you will need at least one PS Plus Extra subscription if you want to take advantage of the offer.

Ubisoft: Own subscription service comes separately to PS Plus, with over 100 titles

How to get more games: If you’re craving even more Ubisoft titles on PlayStation, you’ll need to purchase the Ubisoft+ core subscription separately. This adds another 100 titles that you can gamble on PS4 and PS5 as you wish. That Ubisoft and Sony are now partnering comes as a bit of a surprise after Xbox Game Pass flirted with Ubisoft+. However, it cannot be completely ruled out that the service will still come to Microsoft’s consoles.
