Building strategy still leads a shadowy existence on PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. Of course, the few titles that properly represent the genre on the consoles are all the more welcome. You can now play one of them right now in Xbox Game Pass without having to pay extra for it. Microsoft surprisingly announced this.

Jurassic World Evolution 2 is coming to Game Pass today

That’s what it’s about: The Xbox Game Pass keeps adding new games to the program at irregular intervals. There are always one or the other surprise, because the new additions are often only announced shortly before they appear in the subscription. Like in this case: Jurassic world evolution 2 you can start playing today if you have Game Pass. This is particularly surprising because the title was only released about half a year ago. The title also comes out in time for the release of the next big Jurassic World movie, which hits theaters in June.

Jurassic World Evolution 2 – Preview Video: How to improve the Dino Park game

What kind of game is this? Jurassic World Evolution 2 unsurprisingly delivers the sequel Jurassic World Evolution dar. In it you get the task of building your own adventure park full of dinosaurs or to bring existing parks into shape. Of course, the dangerous dinosaurs themselves thwart your plans from time to time, of course there are also nasty storms and on top of that the visitors want to be sufficiently entertained and cared for.

Of course, the whole thing has to be profitable so that you can breed, hatch and nurture new dinosaurs. If no people come to your park or if they are not satisfied, you will fail sooner or later. In doing so, Jurassic World Evolution 2 builds on the strengths of its predecessor and avoids some annoyances that often made Part 1 a bit fiddly or unsatisfactory. For example, you can now use a lot more decorative elements when designing the enclosures and the park, and the needs of the dinosaurs are much more important and complex.

A Test for building strategy game with a good pinch of dinosaurs can be found at our GameStar colleagues. They certify the title numerous improvements compared to its predecessor, which is surpassed in almost every respect. The new water and flying dinosaurs make up for minor shortcomings.

Are you excited about the new Game Pass addition? What’s your favorite dinosaur?
