Greedfall 2: Surprise hit gets successor, trailer and first screenshots

Greedfall, a fantasy baroque role-playing game, was released in 2019 and has blossomed into a successful surprise hit thanks to good ratings from testers and players. Publisher Nacon and developer studio Spiders have now announced the direct successor Greedfall 2. At the same time, the first trailer and first screenshots were released. Greedfall 2 is scheduled for release in 2024 for PC and consoles.

Greedfall 2: More choices and more tactical combat

According to the press release, Greedfall 2 as a successor should focus on its story with numerous decision options and offer new gameplay with more tactical fights than its predecessor. The story begins three years before the events of the first game. The player takes on the role of a native who has been forcibly evicted from his island and taken to the continent where the colonists are from. In this ancient war-ravaged world, scarred by a plague and political intrigues of different factions, the protagonist must regain his freedom.

I hope they will have unforgettable adventures.”
