New in the cast: An icon from Supernatural
Among the new faces is Jensen Ackles. The popular actor has built up a huge fan base as Dean Winchester from the series Supernatural. In The Boys season three, he will play Soldier Boy, a parody of Captain America and other military heroes. How exactly he fits into the story is still unclear. But the trailer suggests that we see him on a military mission in the past, before waking up later – like Captain America – in the modern age. When is The Boys season 3 coming out?
The new episodes will be available from June 3, 2022 exclusively on the Amazon Prime Video streaming service, where you can also watch the other seasons and the cartoon spin-off “Diabolical” finds.
Will there be a season 4 of The Boys?
Since fan hearts beat faster: those responsible at Amazon have already decided that the third season is not the end of The Boys. Season 4 of the black humorous series has already been confirmed. It is still unclear when this will appear again. Season 3 was delayed by the pandemic, but a mid-2023 release of season 4 is no longer impossible.
