Asus plans to expand its business portfolio with three new ExpertBooks in 2022. These include the lightest 14-incher of all time.

Asus has presented the new ExpertBooks for the year 2022. The manufacturer has planned three models. The ExpertBook series from Asus is primarily aimed at professional users and should boast a mixture of performance, flexibility and security functions.

The new lineup consists of the ExpertBook B9, ExpertBook B7 Flip and ExpertBook B3 Detachable notebooks.

Dirk Bürger, Head of Channel of the Business Unit Systems at Asus, comments on these as follows: “[…] Now, with the Expert Series 2022, we’re setting a new standard for top-of-the-line performance, premium craftsmanship, durability and enterprise-class tools for business. This allows companies to define the best way of working for themselves.”

The newly introduced ExpertBook B9 should attract particular attention. With a weight of only 880 g, the 14-inch notebook is the lightest notebook in its class to date. This is made possible by a magnesium alloy for the case. In addition, the B9 wants to impress with a battery life of up to 16 hours and high computing power. The ExpertBook B0 will appear in Germany in July 2022 at an RRP of 2499 euros.

The ExpertBook B7 Flip joins the B9. As the name suggests, this is a convertible notebook. The B9 also offers up to 11 hours of battery life, Intel vPro support and an optional 5G modem. The launch in Germany is also in July at an RRP of 1699 euros.

The B3 Detachable is at the lower end of the price range. The 2-in-1 convertible scores with high flexibility and a battery life of up to 21 hours. The ExpertBook B3 Detachable is available from an RRP of 599 euros.
