Sony is already breaking new ground with the PS Plus subscription in June and it seems that the payment model, including the free games, could find its way onto the PC.
Hamburg – Unlimited gaming on console and PC: The Xbox Game Pass has been doing this for a long time. Sony is currently fundamentally changing its PS Plus subscription and is not stingy with changes. At the same time, rumors are spreading that you could get PS Plus or the whole PSN from the PS5 to the PC. The rumor is supported by suitable job advertisements from Sony.

PS Plus: Soon next to PS5 also on the PC?
Why could PS Plus come to PC from PS5? A few weeks ago we reported that Sony is becoming increasingly interested in the PC. The purchase of developer Bungie in the spring also prompted the company to expand to other platforms apart from the PS5. The rumors about a potential PS Plus for the PC are not completely unexpected and have already emerged over the past few weeks and months.
PlayStation NEW Job Listing:

Now Sony actually has a new and quite telltale one vacancy published on its website. Looking for one Product Management Director in the area PC Game Experiences. In the job description from Sony, all the warning signals glow deep red at one point in particular. The new position is responsible for “Client applications experiences as PlayStation network Platform integration”. In plain English, that sounds pretty much like a PC launcher for PS Plus or PSN.
PS Plus: Sony has been using the PC for its games for a long time
How likely is PS Plus to come to PC? The odds are definitely not bad. In the past two years of the pandemic, Sony in particular must have noticed painfully that the focus on a single platform like the PS5, which is constantly sold out, can also cause problems. In addition, more and more games like God of War or Horizon Zero Dawn have made their way onto the PC in the past.
With a PSN and PS Plus for PC, Sony could also do business on the platform itself, rather than relying on third-party providers like Steam. Although no PSN for the PC is likely to go online when the new PS Plus is launched, a reorientation towards the PC for the PlayStation in the near future cannot be ruled out.
