Cyberpunk 2077: First details of the upcoming DLC known

An update for the PC version of Cyberpunk 2077 (from 22.98€ at buy) accidentally contained almost all dialogue lines of the planned additional content. Resourceful users were able to quickly see which content was waiting in the future.

CD Projekt RED finally seems to be sailing in calmer waters again, and the next unwanted banger is coming: A new update for the action RPG Cyberpunk 2077 brings some information about the long-awaited additional content thanks to the unintentionally parked lines of dialogue.

It can be seen that the nameless DLC package will have seven main missions, some new fixer tasks, random encounters and, of course, side missions. Even with the two additional content for The Witcher 3, the developers splashed out – they were really worth every penny, especially the trip to Toussaint was able to inspire lasting.

It will be no different for the paid DLC for Cyberpunk 2077. The game is set in previously inaccessible areas of Pacifica, such as the Sports Dome and the Battle Zone. It currently looks like Johnny Silverhand will have very little or no role in the DLC.

However, since the DLC takes place during the main story of Cyberpunk, there is either a corresponding explanation for this or the sound and performance capture recordings with Keanu Reeves are still taking place. The focus of the new story scraps is a character named Songbird.

An exact price, the name or even the release date of the upcoming DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 is not yet available, sometime in 2023 it should be ready.

All the better, after around 25 hours I’m still far from done but extremely impressed. It’s good that I waited for the almost patched PS5 version – which of course took some effort from me. An absolute madness title so far!
