Pokémon GO: Spotlight Hours in June 2022 – All hours at a glance

What is the limelight hour? Spotlight Hour is held every Tuesday in Pokémon GO. The focus is on a special Pokémon, which appears everywhere for an hour. In general, the spawns are increased and you can easily catch over 200 Pokémon per hour. There is also a bonus that is also active for one hour.

Pokémon GO: Spotlight Hour on June 7th with Nasgnet at a glance

This is the limelight hour: Nasgnet is ready in Pokémon GO for the first Hour of the Spotlight in June. There are also double candies for catching Pokémon. So you get at least six candies for every Nasgnet you catch.

Is the limelight hour worth it? The candy bonus is pretty pointless here. Nasgnet can be evolved into Volumes, but the Pokémon isn’t useful in battle. So you don’t actually need Nasgnet candies. The Pokémon is interesting for shiny hunters, because it is rather rare in the wild and therefore difficult to get as a shiny. If you still don’t have it, you should take advantage of the event.

Pokémon GO: Spotlight Hour on June 14 with Mantax at a glance

This is the limelight hour: At this hour, Mantax is the focus of Pokémon GO. You also get double the candy for sending Pokémon. So there are a total of two candies per Pokémon sent.

Is the limelight hour worth it? Absolutely! Ever since the Johto tour, Mantax has been able to be shiny, but since then it’s appeared very rarely and has rarely been part of an event. So if you didn’t get a shiny on the Johto tour in Pokémon GO, you should take this chance. If you own a shiny, you should at least clean up your Pokémon box in this hour. The double mailing candies are worth it.

Pokémon GO: Spotlight Hour on June 21 with Weberak at a glance

This is the limelight hour: The third spotlight of the month is all about Weberak in Pokémon GO. You also get double XP for evolving Pokémon. If you use a lucky egg, you even get four times the amount.

Is the limelight hour worth it? Absolutely! Weberak is a halfway new Shiny in the game and some trainers may still be missing. The shiny blue variant is popular and could be relatively easy to find during the Pokémon GO spotlight hour. The bonus is only worthwhile if you still have to collect XP diligently.

Pokémon GO: Spotlight Hour on June 28th with an unknown Pokémon at a glance

This is the limelight hour: Nothing is known about the last Pokémon GO spotlight of the month. Neither the bonus nor the Pokémon were named. So you have to let yourself be surprised.

Is the limelight hour worth it? That too cannot yet be said. In the past, however, Niantic only kept such an hour secret if it had a pretty good Pokémon to offer. The Crossover Event with the Pokémon Trading Card Game is also running during the Spotlight Hour period. Maybe the Pokémon GO Spotlight Hour has something to do with that too.
