Destiny 2 Hotfix 4.1.0.1 from 05/31 – All times and info

Destiny 2 has the first hotfix for Season 17. So today, May 31st, the servers will be going offline for Hotfix 4.1.0.1 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC as well as Google Stadia. MyMMO accompanies the server down and tells you when you can’t gamble.

What you need to know today: In the still fresh Season 17, Destiny 2 is plagued by some errors. One can only speculate whether this is due to the permanent entry of the Telesto on the tower. However, Bungie has already pulled out the bug fix spray and wants to fix the problems as quickly as possible before the new Iron Banner event starts.

• At 6:00 p.m. German time, maintenance work will start in the background on all platforms.
• From 6:45 p.m. the servers will go offline and you will be automatically kicked out of all activities.
• Around 7:00 p.m. the servers are scheduled to come back online and Hotfix 4.1.0.1 will be rolled out for all platforms. However, you can already log in again to play.
• However, the maintenance work for Hotfix 4.1.0.1 officially ends at 8 p.m.

Important is: Even if you have downloaded the update, there may be connection problems until the end of the maintenance work around 8:00 p.m. You may also have to expect queues when logging in. Also keep in mind that third-party applications and the official companion app cannot be accessed correctly.

That brings the hotfix today: After Hotfix 4.1.0.1, Guardians can expect the start of the revamped Iron Banner event. But Bungie will probably fix some bugs and problems beforehand.

• Telesto causes crashes when players interact with Banshee-44. No, this is not a joke.
• Solar 3.0 is plagued by bugs and needs technical refinement. Currently, the Embers of Benevolence Solar Fragment is disabled.
• The Elemental Source mod Melee Source Creator does not generate a Solar Elemental Source with the new melee variants.
• Players cannot collect the fake engrams in the final encounter of the Drainage of Greed dungeon.
• Some players get low framerates when in their menus or navigator. This slows down menu interactions.
• Sometimes characters are zoomed in too much on the character screen, only showing their boots.
• The upgraded perk “Lock and Switch” is not working as intended.
• Using the Loyal Companion emote can sometimes crash the game.
