Diablo Immortal: Graphic errors cause problems - These devices are affected

The launch of Blizzard’s Diablo Immortal is not going smoothly, some users are reporting graphic errors and bugs with certain cell phones.

In turn, these do not really make the game playable on the corresponding devices, and in some cases it cannot even be downloaded.

Blizzard already knows

in the subreddit The developer studio reports on Diablo Immortal that the problems are known. At the same time, users are asked to provide feedback and information about their device.

Some Samsung devices equipped with the Exynos chip are particularly affected. The graphics errors and bugs mentioned can occur here, and a download may also not be possible.

iPhones cause problems too

Some iPhone users (iPhone 8, X) also report problems with the frame rate or their device overheating. In some cases, a restart of the device should have helped.

Furthermore, some Xiaomi cell phones are displayed as incompatible, although they actually meet the minimum requirements.

It is currently still unclear when Blizzard can solve the problems with graphic errors and graphic bugs.
