Warhammer 40k: New trailers for Darktide, Space Marine 2 and Boltgun

from Sarah Petzold
Games Workshop has released several new trailers for various upcoming Warhammer 40k games. Fans can look forward to moving images of Darktide and Space Marine 2. The publisher also announced two more games in the Warhammer 40k universe.

Warhammer 40k fans currently have several reasons to be happy: Because Games Workshop has not only released several new teaser trailers for previously announced titles such as Darktide and Space Marine 2, but also presented a number of new games, including the very first classic cRPG in the universe from Warhammer 40k.

A retro shooter and the first CRPG in the Warhammer 40k universe

Warhammer 40k: Darktide, which is scheduled for release on September 13, 2022, has been given a story trailer that sets the scene for the background and atmosphere of the multiplayer shooter:

There is also a new trailer for Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2, which takes a look behind the scenes of the development of the shooter:

Those who are waiting for the previously announced 2D run-and-gun platformer Warhammer 40k: Shootas, Blood & Teef can mark October 20, 2022 in red on their calendars, as another trailer has now revealed:

But that’s not all: Games Workshop has also announced two completely new titles in the Warhammer 40k universe, namely the retro shooter Warhammer 40k: Boltgun and Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader, the first turn-based Warhammer 40k RPG. Boltgun puts players in the role of a Space Marine battling the demons of Chaos. The design of the shooter with retro graphics is reminiscent of classic Doom titles and promises a lot of brutal action:

Rogue Trader, on the other hand, is set in the unexplored region of the Koronus Reach, which players are allowed to explore as members of a family of free traders with a huge ship and crew:

The developers promise for Rogue Trader a gameplay that places a lot of emphasis on freedom of choice, non-linear stories and complex companion characters. Fans can already purchase the Rogue Trader Founder’s Pack, which includes access to the game’s alpha and beta, as well as other bonuses.
