Even more spooky thanks to PlayStation VR2

Because while we don’t yet know when Sony’s VR headset will appear or how much it will ultimately cost, some technical data those responsible have already shared with the public – and they are really impressive.

through the PS VR2 Sense technology eye-tracking, headset feedback, 3D audio and the new PS VR2 Sense controller combine to create a “incredibly deep sense of immersion” to create.

Experiencing all of these features in a horror title like Resident Evil 8 should be quite immersive and, most importantly, terrifying. Imagine the giant vampire lady Lady Dimitrescu in full VR size – certainly an experience that some players will be grateful for without. With full motion controller support, the combat with the various weapons should also be pretty cool.

So far, however, it is still unclear whether “Resident Evil 8 Village” will receive an update for VR support or the VR mode will appear as a separate version. Neither Sony nor developer Capcom have announced a release date. But we can well imagine that the VR experience in the form of “Resident Evil 8” will appear together with PS VR2 or very soon.
