Fortnite now has Darth Vader too

After yesterday’s “collision event” at the end of Chapter 3 – Season 2 and the associated downtime, the third season of the third chapter of the popular Battle Royale Fortnite has now started. Dubbed Good Vibes, the new season introduces a new biome called Reality Falls, a “lush forest filled with mushrooms, leaping snuffboxes, and purple trees.” Also, players can now plant reality seeds to grow a reality seedling that stays in the same place from match to match. These grant progressively better loot over time.

Additionally, players can now jump on a wolf or boar to ride it. When a fight ensues, players don’t even have to dismount, but can conveniently fire their weapons from the beast’s back. Probably the most interesting innovation, however, is that players can now also play as Darth Vader. This comes as a reward for reaching the hundredth level of the Battle Pass, and at a later date Indiana Jones will also join the colorful world of Fortnite. Epic Games also shared one short gameplay trailer to the new Darth Vader skin, which already gives a good impression of how players as Vader can slaughter their enemies with his lightsaber.
