Leipzig: Eden Party – René Meyer starts 80s disco/video game format – News

along with his sister, Andrea Kretschmarorganized Rene Meyer, owner of the world’s largest collection of game consoles, an interesting party format inspired by the 1980s. You are invited to the “Eden Party: Dancing and celebrating like in the 80s” on Saturday, June 11, 2022, from 8 p.m. in the Mölkau Municipal Office, Engelsdorfer Straße 9, 04316 Leipzig.

The admission price of 20 euros includes both a cold buffet and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. In addition to the music of the 80s, there should also be a video games area with corresponding titles from the era. The website says:

We play Michael Jackson, Chaka Khan, Kool & the Gang and Earth Wind & Fire. […] Whitney Houston, Depeche Mode and Madonna.[…]

There are also some game consoles from the 80s like the NES from Nintendo and the Master System from Sega, with games like “Super Mario” and “sonic“.
