Cosplay artist and WoW fan Beth Hodgson brings the legendary villain Lady Vashj from World of Warcraft to life with her outlandish costume. With us you will find the cool photo of her masterpiece!

Lady Vashj is a true Warcraft legend! As a night elf, she served at the court of Queen Azshara and quickly rose to become the ruler’s chief maid. After the great division of the world, Vashj, like her queen, was transformed into a serpentine naga. 10,000 years later, she returned to the Warcraft grand stage, long serving as an advisor to Illidan Stormrage.

She also helped the blood elf prince Kael’thas Sunstrider escape from Dalaran at the end of the Third War. After her death in Burning Crusade, the devious naga lady ended up in the shadow lands. In Maldraxxus, the realm of the necrolords, Lady Vashj blossomed into a true baroness. Later, the naga even allied with our heroes against the dreadlords and the jailer.

A very special cosplay masterpiece

Most players know Lady Vashj as Naga. No one really knows what she looked like before she became a night elf. So if you want to slip into the skin of Lady Vashj, you have to work really hard. Several arms, a golden and richly decorated armor as well as a fancy body painting – that sounds like a challenge that no cosplay fan can easily and single-handedly master.

Impossible? Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that! Cosplay artist and WoW fan Beth Hodgson ventured into the project a few years ago and created a one-of-a-kind cosplay of Lady Vashj. She even debuted her costume at BlizzCon 2014. Her version of Vashj took third place there!
