WoW: Torghast Events – Unbridled Darkness starting June 14th

Once you hit the endgame in the current World of Warcraft expansion, Shadowlands, Torghast is one of the weekly activities for most players. Because here the materials are waiting for you that you need to have the Legendarys of your choice made. There is also an endless mode in which you can fight your way through increasingly difficult levels for hours. No two visits to Torghast are the same, as the layout of the levels is constantly changing, as are the enemies waiting in them. And of course there are the massive bonuses that will turn you into a ridiculously powerful fighting machine over time.
Apparently, all this was not enough for the developers and so they had already announced at the last Blizzcon that there would also be various events in Torghast. Very special anima powers become active and each event has a special theme that affects the way you play. For example, you can transform into another character with special abilities or take a strong companion with you.
There are currently three events that alternate. At the Tuesday June 14th starts the Unbridled darkness. Below is an overview of all events.
If you are allowed to choose an anima bonus for the first time, you can always choose to have an animal companion at your side. This beast fights at your side until you leave Torghast and can be further upgraded with various anima bonuses over the course of the run. The following anima bonuses are also active during this event and strengthen your companion:
When first choosing an anima boost, you always have the option to take the form of a Chorus of Dead Souls, which replaces your abilities with the abilities of the choir. Party members can click on you and assume this form as well, allowing them to cast spells while moving. You can find our Torghast tour with the Choir of Dead Souls in this article.
The form of the Chorus of Dead Souls can be improved with additional anima bonuses:
Every few wins, darkness envelops you, completely obscuring your surroundings. While this effect is active, your damage and healing done is increased and your movement speed is increased. This effect is not removed until you kill more enemies.
