Microsoft wants to bring as many Activision Blizzard games to Xbox Game Pass as possible.

In January this year, Microsoft announced its intention to take over Activision Blizzard for almost 69 billion US dollars.

And while shareholders have already approved the deal, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is currently closely reviewing the acquisition details.

With the takeover, many well-known game series and classics will end up in Microsoft’s possession, including the Call of Duty franchise.

Xbox Game Pass subscribers are already rubbing their hands.

And the subscribers can definitely look forward to it. Because Microsoft doesn’t want to make it complicated at all and bring as many games as possible from Activision Blizzard to Xbox Game Pass, as Corporate Vice President Sarah Bond has now explained.

It may be a while before the first flood of games from the takeover will blow up the Xbox Game Pass catalogue. The acquisition won’t be finalized until sometime next year.
