Xbox & Bethesda Showcase 2022: All news and trailers in the live ticker – are Starfield and Diablo 4 coming?

Today, Sunday, June 12, Xbox and Bethesda are showing what’s in store for you in their showcase. As a kind of own replacement for the E3 you will find out what is planned there. MeinMMO accompanies the show for you in the live ticker so you don’t miss anything.

What is this event?

  • Similar to the Summer Game Fest 2022, many trailers will appear tonight, some for new projects and some information on the status of existing games.
  • Unlike the Summer Game Fest, however, the showcase primarily presents games from and for Xbox and PC as well as from Bethesda.
  • Within 90 minutes you will be bombarded with information and trailers, sometimes interrupted by short conversations with the developers.

When and where can I watch? The show starts today at 7:00 p.m. German time and is scheduled to last until 8:30 p.m.

Xbox has its own Twitch stream run and will also be on YouTube to be found. MonstersAndExplosions, the joint stream from GameStar, GamePro and MeinMMO, will also accompany the event for you and offers even more information and events related to the show. The stream starts at 5:00 p.m. with the warm-up lap:

What we expect: There were relatively few leaks and information in advance this year. However, at least 2 major titles are under discussion. The first is Starfield, even if it won’t be released until 2023, for which gameplay should finally be shown. I have to show if there is a release date.

The second big title is Diablo 4. Beta registration for Diablo 4 started just before the stream. Since Microsoft is currently in the process of buying Diablo maker Blizzard, many fans now suspect that more information about the game will finally come tonight.

Other guesses include:

  • Wolfenstein 3 – The team here has “a great anticipation” for the stream
  • a trailer for the new Indiana Jones game
  • more on Halo and Forza
  • Learn more about Fallout 76 and The Pitt expansion
  • Fable and Perfect Dark will probably not get any new information

Bethesda And Xbox Bring Showcase Event In June – Is It Worth It For Fans Of Fallout And Elder Scrolls?

Our personal guesses and hopes include more about the new co-op game Redfall. Gameplay or even a beta date would be appropriate here.

MeinMMO author Max Handwerk is also hoping for a new Guitar Hero. The series was produced by Activision and Xbox boss Phil Spencer announced before the acquisition that he would like to revive many old classics. Maybe that’s where it starts – even if the purchase isn’t quite finished yet.

What are your expectations?
