Killing Floor 2: Free Update plunges into the depths of the sea

Killing Floor 2 plunges headfirst into deep-sea destruction with the annual free summer update, Tidal Terror.

Prepare to explore the unknown depths and discover what lurks beneath. Because, developer and publisher Tripwire has released this year’s update “Tidal Terror” for the first-person shooter and co-op action title Killing Floor 2 on all available platforms.

This content update includes a new map, weapons, cosmetic items, quality of life improvements, and more.

The new map, titled Rig, is set on a huge oil platform that has sunk in the middle of a vast ocean and is playable in Survival, Weekly, and Endless game modes.

The Tidal Terror update will run until July 12, 2022 and is free for existing Killing Floor 2 players.

Compete against the competing team for quick kills for weapon upgrades while keeping an eye out for fast-spawning ammo and armor items to keep up the kill streak. Victory goes to the last wave survivor once the final and strongest weapon is unlocked.
