Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment have released exclusive videos of their upcoming game A Plague Tale: Requiem, the direct sequel to the critically acclaimed and award-winning A Plague Tale: Innocence.

On the occasion of the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase 2022, the new trailer, which was captured on the Xbox Series X, was shown for the first time.

The trailer shows the action Requiem will bring to the A Plague Tale series. We’ll see Amicia wielding new weapons — including a crossbow and knives in melee combat — and evolving in a variety of environments to the player’s liking.

Narrative elements complete the sequences to show what is at stake: the menace of the macula and the children struggling to resist the temptation of outright violence.

The prestigious Tribeca Festival in New York has officially nominated A Plague Tale: Requiem for inclusion in its curated video game program!
