F1 22 shows first VR gameplay in Canada

F1 22 supports VR headsets for the first time on PC this year and now developer Codemasters brings you the first gameplay.

In the new gameplay video you can get a taste of the VR perspective and see the track in Canada where the next race will take place on Sunday.

A new experience

In the video you can see a lap from the perspective of Lance Stroll in his Aston Martin AMR22.

“VR revolutionizes F1 22 on PC and takes racing weekend to a whole new level,” said Lee Mather, F1 Senior Creative Director at Codemasters. “From the claustrophobia in the cockpit to the intensity of the start with 20 cars racing towards the first corner. This is as close to Formula 1 as you can get without being on the real circuit.”
