Genshin Impact: Kuki Shinobu showcases her ninja art in the trailer

In a few days, Genshin Impact will get a new banner featuring the brand new character Kuki Shinobu. The ninja woman with the green hair introduces herself in an energetic story trailer.

As the deputy leader of the Arataki Gang in Inazuma, Kuki Shinobu is the second-in-command of their chaotic demonic boss, Arataki Itto. She is not only there for fights, but also for numerous social tasks – which, by the way, Raudis the gang out of prison to box, for example, if the guard has cashed in again.

In fact, she seems to be the jack of all trades in her gang, competently cleaning up the broken pieces of the others.

With her Electro powers and short sword, she whirls across the battlefield with a fast-paced fighting style designed for agility and speed.

However, the fact that the good girl wants to avoid being recognized with a mask is perhaps not very effective given the bright, violet eyes, the bright green hair and the skimpy ninja look. She sure stands out in Inazuma.

Kuki Shinobu joins in about 4 days on June 21st, along with a rerun from Itto. Their boss from the Arataki gang pays us a tribute less than a year after he first appeared.

It makes sense to bring Itto back, though, as he’s an important part of the current Update 2.7 storyline. Otherwise, Gorou and Chongyun will be included in the upcoming banner.
