PS Plus Premium & Extra are online: All information about the start, release & price model – update

While the service for PS4 and PS5 has already been released in numerous countries, the launch in Germany is imminent. We have summarized the most important information about the start, release date and price model for you below.

Overview of PS Plus Premium

• Launch of PS Plus Premium: When does it start? Sony will release the new PS Plus in Germany on Thursday June 23, 2022.
• What time will PS Plus Premium be released? We expect that the new models will be available by mid-morning.
• What pricing models are there? Going forward, there will be three different PS Plus offerings. These each offer different content and come at different prices.

PS Plus Premium: Prices & Models

• How much does PS Plus Essential cost? The standard model is called PS Plus Essential and corresponds pretty much exactly to the previous subscription. You get two games for the PS4 and one for the PS5 every monthbeyond that you can gamble online and the Cloud storage to use. Pricing looks like this:
  • 8.99 euros per month
  • 24.99 euros for three months
  • 59.99 euros per year

• How much does PS Plus Extra cost? The second model offers all the benefits of Essential plus access to a catalog of up to 400 games for PS4 and PS5including hits like Marvel’s Spider-Man, Returnal or God of War. This is how much you have to pay for Extra:
  • 13.99 euros per month
  • 39.99 euros for three months
  • 99.99 euros per year

• How much does PS Plus Premium cost? At the highest level, the epithet Premium wears, you get the benefits of Essential and Extra as well PSNow to. This allows you to access a huge selection of PS1, PS2, PSP and PS3 games access. These can be downloaded or streamed. Here are the prices:
  • 16.99 euros per month
  • 49.99 euros for three months
  • 119.99 euros per year
