TESO: Zenithar’s Zeal – new in-game event for crafters starts at the end of June
The Zenimax developers have on the official website of The Elder Scrolls Online announced the new in-game event “Zenithar’s Zeal”. From June 30, 2022 to July 12, 2022, all crafters in Tamriel can earn special rewards.
To participate in the event, obtain the introductory quest “The Irresistible Offer” from Amminus Varo at the Belkarth Festival Grounds in Craglorn (or click on the free starter quest in the Crown Store).
If you need help finding Belkarth, travel to the nearest impresaria and use the portal by their tent to enter the city. Once you have completed the introductory quest, you can accept the Honest Work daily quest.
These rewards await you
During the event, each time you complete the daily quest, you will receive one of Zenithar’s awesome bundles. Additionally, you can get Zenithar’s Cheerful Package by participating in the following activities:
- Complete the introductory quest
- Completing Master Writs
- The first daily crafting writ you complete per account on that day
- Defeat a boss in the open world while in a party with a player who is a member of at least one of your player guilds
- Complete a World Event while in a party with a player who is a member of at least one of your player guilds
- Defeating each round of an Arena Group Challenge while grouped with a player who is a member of at least one of your player guilds has a chance of earning a package
- In the last round there is guaranteed to be a package in the chest
And if you don’t feel like working hard, there’s a slim chance of stealing packages from hard-working Tamrielic citizens by reaching into their pockets, strongboxes, or stolen stashes.
A package can contain the following rewards for your efforts:
- A tradable outfit style page for the new Highmaul Mageblade armor
- Crafting Materials, Provisioning Ingredients, Alchemy Reagents, Runestones, or a Style Material
- Crafting Booster
- Small chance of a gold booster or a scroll for reduced analysis times
- Recipes for provisioning or blueprints for furnishings
- Repair Materials, Siege Materials, and a small chance of Impresario Group Repair Materials
- Treasure Maps, Find Reports, Imperial City Vault Keys, Companion Gear, or a random container of currency
- The random container of currency can contain gold or Tel’Var Stones. There is also the extremely small chance of winning the main prize of 100,000 units of the relevant currency!
- The winnings from such a container – whether jackpot or not – are not subject to the influence of currency boosters

Both containers can contain these rewards, but Zenithar’s Grand Bundle has the highest chance of earning the most valuable rewards.

Special bonuses for craftsmen and traders
However, these event rewards are not the only benefits you can get during the Zenithar Zeal event! During the course of the event, everyone will benefit from the following global in-game effects:
- Wayshrine costs are reduced by 75%
- Repair costs at vendors are reduced by 50%
- Crafting inspiration received from all sources is increased by 100%
- Vendor prices across Tamriel are reduced by 10%.
- These include:
- Vendors who sell items for gold, Alliance Points, or Tel’Var Stones, including gold ones
- Homes purchasable for gold
- These include:
- New rare social and combat encounters centered around Zenithar’s Zeal can be found across Tamriel
Of course, the impresaria is back at the start
In addition to the bundles, you will also receive three Event Tickets every time you complete the Honest Work daily quest in a day. In total, you can secure up to 39 Event Tickets by the end of the event. But remember, you can only have up to 12 Event Tickets at a time. If you receive more than you can carry, these will be lost!
Once you’ve accumulated a significant number of Event Tickets, head to the Impresaria and exchange them for the following rewards:
- All three fragments for the Soulfire Dragon Illusion pet
- Hallowed Hourglass Basin
- Illuminated Dragon Scroll
- Kvatch Incense
- All three fragments for the Aurielian Half-Gryphon mount
- Aurielic Gryphon Feather
- Gilded gryphon armor
- Sacred Seed of Akatosh

In addition, the impresaria sells one brand new itemto advance your companions’ skill lines: Guild Recommendations for Companions. For each of the three major guilds in ESO, meaning the Fighters Guild, Mages Guild, and Undaunted, there is a related recommendation. Using a referral with an active companion immediately advances it to the next skill rank for that specific guild.
The guild recommendations for companions will always be available for purchase when the Impresaria is on site during future events.
