Pokémon GO: Community Day in July 2022 brings Staralili – All bonuses

The Pokémon for the July 2022 Community Day in Pokémon GO is finally known. We at MeinMMO will show you which monsters you can look forward to and which bonuses are also waiting for you.

Which event is it about? Each month, Pokémon Go hosts a Community Day that focuses on a specific Pokémon. It is now known that you can look forward to the Normal and Flying Pokémon Staralili in July. It will even make its shiny debut in the game.

We have summarized below what you can expect that day and when it will take place.

Community Day in July 2022 with Staralili – launch and bonuses

When does the event take place? C-Day runs on Sunday, July 17, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time.

What are the bonuses? Of course, you can meet countless Staralili during the event. But the event has other bonuses in store for you:

• x3 XP on catch
• Double candies when caught
• Double the chance of XL Candy if you catch Staralili
• Smoke and Lure Modules last 3 hours
• Snapshot surprises
• Trading costs half the regular Stardust
• an additional special exchange (total 3 per day) up to 5 hours after the event
• Gust of Wind special move if you evolve Staravia into Staraptor within 5 hours of the event
• Event Stickers from Gifts and PokéStops
• Group Bonuses
  • 4x Catch EXP for 30 minutes if you catch a lot of monsters at a stop using Lure Modules

Bonuses from the shop: The in-game shop also has something special in store for you:

• Event ticket for the special research “Field Notes: Staralili” for 1 euro

Special post-Community Day raid bonus with Staralili

As you already know from Community Day with Kapuno in June, there will be another special raid bonus after C-Day with Staralili. From 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time you can meet Staravia, the further development of Staralili, in the level 4 raids. Here you earn the following bonuses:

• After winning a raid, Staralili will spawn in a 300 meter radius around the arena for 30 minutes
• The shiny rate is the same as on Community Day

What is to be considered? As with the level 4 raids against Duodino, you can only do the raids locally using Raid Passes or Premium Raid Passes. Long-distance raids are not possible.

The Pokémon Staralili – Evolutions and Shiny

Staralili is a Normal and Flying-type Pokémon from the 4th generation of games. It can be further developed via Staravia to Staraptor.

Can you catch Shiny Staralili? Yes, you can also encounter a dazzling Staralili for the first time during C-Day. You can recognize it by a slightly lighter, brownish body.
