Problems with the PS Plus app: Several titles are unplayable on the PC

From the looks of it, the PC app for PlayStation Plus is going haywire, making some titles completely inaccessible to players.

A long list of games that you can’t currently play

The app allows PlayStation players to stream specific titles on computer. Stupidly, the app is supposed to incorrectly list several PS1, PS2 and PS4 titles as PlayStation 3 games. This will not load those titles in the selection. Properly labeled games, however, launch without problems.

Reddit user lamafatcupcake discovered this issue and has already listed several games that are affected. As it stands, players will no longer be able to load titles like Death Stranding, Oddworld, Tekken 2, Echocrome, Jak and Daxter, and Miles Morales.

At the time of writing, the Reddit user’s list is down to 72 titles that won’t play or even show up. There are even more games to come in the comments. “I currently have a ticket open with PS support and would like a full list before it escalates,” the user wrote.

All of this would be a much smaller problem if there was at least a search function in the app. Just a search grid where you can sort titles by the first letter.
