Bethesda Game Studios: Company hires well-known Fallout modders

Bethesda has managed to sign a senior member of the Fallout: London mod team.

Bethesda has managed to sign one of the senior members of the Fallout: London mod team. Like the team in one Explanation announces that their now former Lead Technical Adviser Ryan Johnson will join Bethesda as Associate Level Designer.

The message also reveals that Fallout: London Project Lead Dean Carter has received a job offer from Fallout 76 co-developer Double Eleven. However, after much deliberation, he decided to turn down the offer in order to continue working on the completion of the Fallout: London mod.

Johnson isn’t the first to leave the modder team to work for Bethesda. Head Writer Stephanie Zachariadis joined the company last year, where she currently holds the position of Associate Quest Designer.

at Fallout: London is a DLC-sized mod for Fallout 4 that focuses on the main precincts of a condensed version of post-apocalyptic London. In addition to the new environment, there are new factions, storylines, NPCs, weapons, creatures and much more to discover. The release is scheduled for 2023.
