GamePro.de has made great strides in the last few years, and as we continue to grow, we are therefore looking for editorial support.

We want to offer you even more exciting content and articles in the future and are therefore looking for freelance authors (m/f/d) who want to help us from our home office to make GamePro an even better place for console players* to do inside.

What we are looking for:

News writer (m/f/d)

Are you always well informed and know your way around both current games and the industry in general? You don’t miss any news and do you find it easy to recognize and explain the big connections behind it? You know everything about PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo?

Then you’ve come to the right place, because we’re currently looking for GamePro.de news authors (m/f/d) to support us in the news business. We will then discuss the scope of your daily news work in detail, but you would definitely be part of everyday editorial work.

It is advantageous if you are particularly familiar with the following game topics:

• Animal Crossing
• Assassin’s Creed
• Cyberpunk 2077
• GTA
• Mario Kart
• Pokemon
• zelda
• Elden Ring (generally Souls)
• Game Pass
• PS Plus

What we expect from you

• have already gained some experience in online journalism (e.g. you have written for other sites or run your own blog)

• you are constantly developing yourself and are always open to developments in online journalism
