WoW: Fan recreates Stormwind in giant Minecraft project
There have been many Minecraft projects that have WoW as their theme. But the Minecraft project by WoW player Yunatahel has impressed us the most so far. Although the capital city isn’t quite finished, it’s one of the most detailed replicas we’ve seen to date.
By now we’ve seen some exciting Minecraft projects that have recreated a location or building from World of Warcraft. For example, there would be Mage City of Dalaranthe Replica of the Tomb of Sargeras or currently the Elysian Fortresses from WoW: Shadowlands.
Some Minecraft professionals have also dared to replicate the alliance capital Stormwind, for example Valeyard, who was already stalking Orgrimmar. The project of the French WoW player Yunatahel has convinced us the most so far. With the latest technology and very detailed buildings, in our opinion he has hit the human capital best so far.
The most elaborate Stormwind replica in Minecraft to date
Although the project isn’t completely finished yet, the Stormwind replica in Minecraft already looks stunning. Even if the latest programs help, the details and proportions from WoW (buy now ) transferred to Minecraft, it is still a huge effort to recreate everything correctly.

Anyone who plays WoW and has ever walked through Stormwind will definitely recognize all the places.
Yunathel shared a video on Twitter showing a scenic flight over the Stormwind Entrance, Trade District, Cathedral, and Dwarven District and Stormwind Keep. He even recreated the interiors of the buildings. We’re curious to see how the finished Stormwind will look like in the end. What do you think of the Stormwind replica? Write to us in the comments.
