God of War Ragnarök: PS5 and PS4 release date announced, trailer and more!
We have already seen two trailers and gameplay for God of War Ragnarök, now we also know, after there have only been rumors and alleged leaks in this regard, when the action adventure will appear: the release date of God of War Ragnarök is November 9th, 2022. As promised by Sony, the successor to the much-praised successor to God of War from 2018, which has won numerous Game of the Year awards, will be released in 2022. The Playstation group gave that now officially known in the Playstation Blog.
To coincide with the reveal of the God of War Ragnarök release (buy now ) there is also a new, short CGI trailer that we have included for you here. In it, Kratos and Atreus see themselves confronting the legendary wolf Fenrir. An unboxing video for the special editions was also released. At the same time, various special editions of God of War Ragnarök were presented by Sony. There was also this some time ago already a leak. When the game launches on November 9th, 2022, you can look forward to these editions:
- Collectors Edition in a huge box full of hidden drawers, with dwarven dice, carved figures of the Vanir Twins, a steel book (no disc), a replica of the hammer Mjölnir and a code for the PS5 and PS4 versions of the game and armor plus weapons for Kratos and Atreus
- Jötnar Edition with all the above content from the Collector’s Edition, plus falcon, bear and wolf themed pins, a Draupnir ring, a cloth map of Yggdrasil, a vinyl disc with music from the game, a digital art book, an avatar set , a PS4 theme and the digital soundtrack
