Gran Turismo 7: Patch 1.18 solves an annoying cloud storage problem

And the next update for Gran Turismo 7 is here. Patch 1.18 doesn’t bring any crazy new features or bring new carts into play. No, here are a bunch of fixes instead.

Polyphony Digital and Sony have fixed this

From now on, Gran Turismo 7 should no longer complain if the Honda Sports VGT is the camera target in music playback or if you want to change the color of the brake calipers. Fixed an issue with the Logitech G923 steering wheel, as well as a bug where you could repeatedly get multiple tickets from extra menus.

That’s not all, because the names of all cars should now be displayed correctly even in the repetition of a circuit race.

More on Gran Turismo 7:

Perhaps most interesting is a change that solves a memory issue where your data could not be loaded correctly from the server when you launched Gran Turismo 7 on a console where you didn’t have any saved data or you switched your account to multiple consoles used. So anyone who played via cloud was particularly at risk here.

You can see all changes on the official website of the game.
