Pretty powerful: LEGO announces Bowser kit

What is 32 centimeters high, 41 centimeters wide and 28 centimeters deep? That’s right: “The Mighty Bowser” from LEGO, the Danish toy manufacturer’s latest and largest “Super Mario” set to date. It almost goes without saying that the Nintendo villain has a proud price.

The Mighty Bowser is the latest in LEGO’s collaboration with Nintendo, which began in 2020. The products from this line that have already been released include the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) and the legendary question mark block from “Super Mario 64” with different levels inside detailed replica of the king of the Koopa troupe, who not only can move various body parts, but can also throw a fireball. The set has 2807 parts in total, making it the largest set in the “Super Mario” series to date, according to LEGO. The recommended age for the kit, which will be available from October 1st, is 18 years, which is probably also due to the high price: The recommended retail price is 269.99 euros.
